Lead Software Engineer (Salesforce)

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Salesforce) to join our IPfolio team in Belgrade! About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 5+ years of experience developing robust and scalable software solutions
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Component development
   

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Design, or related field
• Excellent knowledge of git based source driven development
• Experience with working around Salesforce limits Salesforce limits by using asynchronous/batch processing
• Experience with Salesforce DX
• Experience in working on Managed Packages
• Background in Java, .NET or similar
   

What will you be doing in this role?

• Plan, develop and implement quality software solutions that effectively satisfy business functional and non-functional requirements
• Adhere and contribute to the Clarivate coding standards for excellence and industry best practices regarding the development processes
• Implement new product features and improve existing functionality
• Refactor historically grown parts of the Apex code base for enhanced stability, quality, readability, and scalability
• Continuously lead the improvement and innovation

IPfolio is the growth product for Clarivate IP.  You’ll be part of a team of 5+ skilled engineers based in Belgrade. We are also a diverse global team working on complex engineering products that support the world’s innovation, research and science. The IPfolio team is part of a larger technology organization, and we build connections across teams to create a strong development community and cross-team career growth opportunities.

Hours of Work  

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
