Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled D365 F&O Lead Developer with extensive experience in customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations, as well as other Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing enterprise solutions, managing technical backlogs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful project delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Software Requirements:
- Extensive experience in customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations.
- Skilled in using MS SQL Server databases (version 2005 or later), SSRS, SSAS, Team Foundation Server, and Visual Studio.
- Advanced expertise and understanding of Azure DevOps (formerly TFS), and documentation platforms such as Confluence or SharePoint.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design enterprise solutions and manage technical backlogs.
- Distribute tasks, conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and overcome obstacles.
- Engage in design discussions and collaborate with Principal Engineers and developers for comprehensive integrations from start to finish.
- Direct involvement in development (specifically with X++), debugging, and performing both automated and manual unit tests.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
