Your Contribution:

  • Overview: You are an experienced team lead in software development who develops innovative technical concepts and supports a dynamic team in an agile environment. If you have a proven track record in software architecture and development, along with strong leadership skills, we look forward to receiving your application.
  • Requirements Analysis: You analyze requirements from various business areas and translate them into technical concepts to successfully implement even the most challenging projects.
  • Team Leadership and Support: You lead and coach the development teams, ensuring a high level of quality and guaranteeing adherence to excellent standards throughout the entire development process.
  • Code and Architecture Evaluation: You conduct thorough architecture and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to continuously improve code quality and promote innovation and efficiency.
  • Vulnerability Analysis: You proactively identify vulnerabilities in existing implementations and develop targeted solution proposals to enhance the performance of our systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You work closely and constructively with technical and business stakeholders to achieve project goals and optimize user experience.
  • Employee Development: As a team lead, you foster and develop your team members' skills, set clear objectives, and monitor your team's performance to achieve peak results.

What you bring along:

  • Academic Qualification: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification from a reputable university. Ideally, you also possess additional certifications in software architecture.
  • Leadership Experience: You have several years of experience in a leadership role within software development, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Your outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly your empathy and excellent communication abilities, foster a positive team dynamic and collaboration.
  • Personal Attributes: Your high level of commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and strong willingness to learn are key to successfully managing your tasks.
  • Technical and Methodological Expertise: You possess extensive technical and methodological expertise, reflected in a solution-oriented work approach. Your conscientiousness, reliability, and systematic methodological approach ensure high-quality work.
