Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Architecture – Lead technical planning, design scalable solutions, and drive decision-making while ensuring best practices.
- Hands-on Development – Develop, test, and deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Agile Execution & Project Planning – Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, refine backlog, estimate development efforts, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Code Quality & Reviews – Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure comprehensive testing (unit, integration, automation).
- Mentorship & Team Growth – Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Deployment & DevOps Best Practices – Oversee secure and efficient deployments, ensure CI/CD adoption, and maintain post-deployment stability.
- Proven leadership experience in driving technical solutions, mentoring developers, and managing end-to-end development lifecycles.
- Expertise in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) with a strong focus on performance optimization and responsive design.
- Strong backend proficiency in C#, .NET Core, including API development, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL, NoSQL, Cosmos DB).
- Cloud and DevOps experience, particularly with Azure (preferred) or AWS, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and serverless computing, including Terraform as IaC.
- Solid understanding of security best practices, authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and data protection techniques.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project estimation, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Strong database design skills, including data modeling, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
