Role and Responsibilities
Work with clients to define technical and functional needs; develop plans for implementation, scope, and technology solution options to meet project goals.
Develop solutions utilizing a defined technology stack, including Dynamics 365 and Azure components.
Migrate code from legacy CRM to MS Dynamics 365, ensuring all business rules are carried over.
Design integration solutions for Dynamics 365 and other systems.
Set Development Best Practices, and perform periodic Code Reviews
Minimum Qualification
Eight (8) years of Hands-on experience Designing, developing, configuring and supporting MS Dynamics platform.
Technically strong in D365 with extensive hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience including D365 Customer Experience
Experience insights into UI/UX, hands on with Canvas app.
Experience with PowerApps & Power Platform is required.
At least 1 year working with MS Dynamics 365- Customer Service Module
Good communications skills to be able to communicate/explain with technical and non-technical audiences.
Technically strong in Data Migration and Integrations
Deep technical experience integrating solutions with Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
Deep technical experience working with C#, Dataverse API, REST/OData/SOAP endpoints; software development experience leveraging DevOps strategies focused on CI/CD, automated testing, version control or related.
Experience working in Azure DevOps environment.
Familiar with API management.
Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
