  • At least 8 years of experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development and support. 
  • Strong expertise in developing Turbo Integrator scripts and TM1 Dimensions, Cubes & Rules. 
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting systems and regulatory applications (e.g. CRS and FATCA). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of influencing both technical and business stakeholders. 
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a technical team.

We are seeking a dedicated & result-oriented Lead Software Engineer to lead and support the development and maintenance of IBM Planning Analytics applications (TM1) solutions, specifically in the areas of Financial Management Reporting/ IFRS9 and Regulatory compliance applications; CRS and FATCA.

  • Lead the TM1 team in delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users and vendors to analyze needs and provide expert consultation and implementation strategies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain components of IBM Planning Analytics, including Cubes, Dimensions, Rules, and Turbo Integrator (TI) processes.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members in the support and enhancement of TM1 applications.
  • Review team members’ code to ensure adherence to coding standards, software quality, and security best practices.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of Planning Analytics projects – from requirements gathering through to release and post-deployment support.
  • Ensure system stability and performance in line with business SLAs through effective BAU support and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of TM1 applications and underlying servers.
