Lead Software Engineer

MISSION:
- To be the IS functional expert for Distribution management system, based on an in-depth knowledge of IS systems supporting business processes.
- Use this expertise to understand the needs expressed by the business, translate the needs into solutions, and work with the business colleagues to manage the resulting change.
- Provide functional support in response to key problems
- Manage communications, business relationship with corresponding solution centers and business entities
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid functional and operational process knowledge
- Demonstrated successful implementation practice with Order to Cash(O2C) and Purchase to Pay (P2P) function, Business Central/Navision experience is must.
- Self-starter and work without too much supervision
- Good problem-solving skill
- Good inter-personal skill, analytical skill, presentation and communication skill
- Proficient in test automation
- Teamwork spirit
Mandatory skills:
- Proven experience in Distribution management system solution implementation by having experience of Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay function in Business Central/Navision
- Proven experience in Financial Management, Supply Chain Management modules of Business Central/Navision
- Having additional experience of Customer relationship management & Human resource management will be a plus.

Preferred Qualification:
- 5+ years of working experience in Distribution management system and solution consulting and functional testing.
