5+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst, preferably including master data, asset management domains.
8+ year’s comprehensive experience in a software systems analyst or engineering role, preferably including design and development.
2+ years of experience working with Agile, Scrum, preferably with SAFe.
Proven Business Analysis experience providing technical requirements for medium to large Initiatives.
Clear communications both written and verbally.
Proficient at requirement gathering, managing ambiguity, driving a project from inception to delivery.
Proven experience with master data management applications, preferably with Nuxeo.
Proven experience with data governance.
Experience with developing process and data flow models.
Experience using MS Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, and similar tools to document, illustrate and share ideas, process specifications, data dictionaries, and interface design specifications.
Experience with SQL preferred.
Ability to assist the architects/engineering leads in the technical design and documentation of functional/non-functional features.
Able to validate implementations and match against business/technical requirements to adhere to quality.
