We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of software development experience and at least 5 years of technical leadership expertise. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Oversee frontend development using HTML, CSS, React, and React Native, and ensure cross-platform compatibility with Swift.
• Apply advanced backend development principles, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns, to create robust APIs and services.
• Manage databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Drive cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS and ensure seamless deployment with CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote best practices in performance optimization, security, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals.
• Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence to track progress, manage tasks, and document processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of proven technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, React, React Native, and Swift.
• Advanced knowledge of backend technologies, including OOP principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality code and solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in performance optimization for large-scale applications.
• Deep understanding of security best practices.
