- 90% of the time will be in products development, and 10% in customer engagement
- Strengthen the team's technology: including coaching and mentoring individual junior
contributors
- Involvement in local customer engagements in cooperation with global teams
- Develop new product features, including invention, design and implementation new
algorithms to build industry leading products
