As a Lead Software Engineer, you are expected to:

• Implement complex solutions using C++ & Java technologies
• Make significant contributions towards designing and delivering high-quality work
• Build collaborative relationships with Product Management, Support and other peer teams
• Work in cadence with agile teams, embracing a mindset of rapid learning, experimentation, iteration, and close collaboration

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with eight (8+) years of software development experience, or Master’s degree with six (6+) years of software development experience. Relevant degree fields include Computer Science, Math, Electronics etc.
• Hands-on experience with the following –
  • C++, STL, Multithreading, Socket communication
  • Problem solving and C++ debugging skills
  • Unit Test frameworks like GTest and mock frameworks
  • Solid working knowledge of PL/SQL
  • Experience in administering Unix/Linux/Windows systems is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Java, RESTful Web Services, Cloud platforms is an advantage
  • CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Git, Gradle is preferred
• Strong software development experience in building enterprise grade products with deep knowledge in applying system design concepts
• Experience in collaborating with customers to understand and solve their challenges, conducting solution demos of new features
