Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science is advantageous
  • 7+ years hands-on experience with AWS Native technologies
  • Deep understanding of SOLID principles, TDD, and scalable architecture
Requirements:
  • Strong background in building and leading agile teams
  • Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, MySQL/NoSQL
  • Bonus: Docker, Git, Elasticsearch
  • A growth mindset, passion for clean code, and desire to lead
  • Frontend experience with VueJS or React
Key Performance Areas:
  • Mentor and lead a team of developers within a product pillar
  • Architect scalable, cloud-native solutions using AWS
  • Drive the modernization of legacy systems into microservices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
