Lead Software Developer

What will you do?

As the Lead Software Development, you’ll play a central role in overseeing cutting-edge software and hardware projects. You’ll be the key link between teams, stakeholders, and end users. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and implementing project plans with clear goals and milestones, working closely with all stakeholders.
• Collaborating directly with our CTO and VP of Engineering to identify and deliver optimal technical solutions.
• Acting as the main point of contact for development teams, ensuring alignment across departments like Sales, Operations, Engineering and Technical Support.
• Planning and managing the introduction of new features to our product portfolio, monitoring progress, addressing challenges and keeping projects on track.
• Providing regular progress updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Establishing and refining processes to improve efficiency and ensure top-notch project outcomes.

What do you bring?

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in software development/embedded software, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar leadership role.
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in a dynamic, international environment.
• A strong affinity for software projects and technology.
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset that inspires and motivates others.
