- Lead and mentor our consulting team in digital transformation projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and technical excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance, provide coaching, and develop strategic roadmaps to maximize efficiency and skill growth.
- Participate in architectural discussions, provide technical solutions and ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the overall technology roadmap
- Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions
- Active involvement in design, analysis, and development of software solutions
- Contribute to the ongoing support and enhancement of all delivered software solutions, partnering with support staff and other teams to deliver high-quality performance and business value
- Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies in response to changes in the business environment to maintain alignment with company goals and objectives
- You have a degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, equipping you with a strong foundation in technology and digital transformation
- You have proven experience in managing, coaching, and developing teams, helping them thrive while balancing different priorities and expertise levels
- You are an expert in multiple software technologies, including Java, Spring Boot and Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- You have experience with frontend technologies such as React OR Angular, giving you a well-rounded technical edge
- You were involved in on-premises and cloud project from scratch
- You have a strong customer-oriented mindset, ensuring that solutions align with both business goals and end-user needs
- You excel in project planning and time management, enabling you to drive initiatives forward while meeting deadlines with precision
- You take a flexible and adaptable approach to work, maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, even in dynamic environments
- You have advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English, and German language skills would be a valuable plus
