Job Description
PRTR is looking for a Team Lead Software Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in an expanding project that is currently growing its technology team in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Developing fully functional software while adhering to clean coding practices.
- Leading, monitoring, and supervising a team of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the organization’s growth.
- Motivating and inspiring the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding among team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
- Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain applications and services following established standards.
- Participating in Agile events, e.g., Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, etc.
- Coaching and mentoring other team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of software engineering and IT experience.
- At least 4 years of working experience in React.js, Node.js, and Nest.js programming.
- Full-stack developers must know all stages of software development.
- Strong understanding of programming concepts.
- Experience in web development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum development methodologies.
