Our client is expanding their IT department and is seeking to add an experienced Senior Lead Software Engineer to join their Software Development team. This person will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, while following best practices and coding standards.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, identifying areas for improvement in existing codebases.
Work with business executives and other stakeholders to identify and implement application solutions to meet their operational needs.
Proven ability to lead software engineers in cross functional teams, consisting of other software engineers, quality assurance and test automation engineers, business analysts and project managers to complete deliverables on schedule.
Work with enterprise architects, solution architects and infrastructure engineers to design, implement and deliver end-to-end software solutions to business problems.
Conduct effective code reviews and design reviews of team members.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural planning to ensure best practices are followed across the team.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in software development/engineering, with a strong background in full-stack development.
5+ years in UI framework: Blazor, MVC .NET or Angular.
Highly proficient in implementing solutions with Azure Cloud products.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and proficiency in modern development technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field highly preferred.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Excellent problem solving & decision-making skills.
Salary/Benefits:
$175,000 to $250,000+ annual base salary plus 10 – 20% Target Bonus
