Role & Responsibilities

• Technical ownership of end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds, ensuring scalable architecture and clean code.
• Design, develop and review Apex classes, Lightning Web Components and integrations, enforcing coding standards and performance benchmarks.
• Translate epics into sprint-ready user stories, estimate effort, and guide the team through agile ceremonies and release cycles.
• Integrate external systems via REST/SOAP, middleware and platform events, orchestrating secure, high-volume data flows.
• Set up and optimise CI/CD pipelines, automated testing suites and static code analysis to achieve frictionless deployments.
• Mentor developers, conduct technical workshops, and act as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 6+ yrs hands-on Salesforce development with at least 2 yrs in a lead capacity.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous patterns.
• Proven experience architecting multi-cloud solutions and data models for high transaction volumes.
• Strong integration background using REST, SOAP, OAuth and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar).
• Proficiency with Git, SFDX, unlocked packages and Jenkins or Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Active Salesforce Platform Developer II or Application/System Architect certification.

Preferred

• Exposure to Einstein, Marketing or Commerce Clouds.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and Heroku or AWS services.
• Experience leading on-site/offshore hybrid teams in agile environments.
• Background in data migration using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard and ETL tools.
• Understanding of DevOps KPIs, test automation frameworks and code quality metrics.
• Certifications such as Integration Architect or Development Lifecycle & Deployment Designer.
