The Opportunity:
Are you looking for a challenging Software Quality Engineer position working with an extremely talented software team developing the future of Navy EW systems now? This program is a seven-year $1.2B program to provide the U.S. Navy's next-generation SIGINT, EMW, and IO weapon system. The system is critical to the ability for our forces to fight and win in the increasingly sophisticated and complex EW threats of our adversaries.
We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in modern DevSecOps practices and have a strong background in automated testing and quality assurance processes.
This role does not develop the code we deliver or the automated tests, or the CI/CD pipelines. But we are looking for someone with broad technical knowledge to be able to leverage these tools to find quality concerns and look for quality opportunities, as well as report objective quality metrics across the program. This may include writing scripts, tests, queries, and automation to help determine where quality changes are needed.
