Job Description

 Lead Engineer QA

• Lead all Quality initiatives of the team/product
• Rely on test automation  (No manual tests or process interested)
• Introduce POCs for new tools and test frameworks
• Understanding of deployment structures and Environment configurations. 
• Knowledge of DevOps / Kubernetes 
• Coding Experience must
• Looking at and improving processes and the frameworks that are currently being used 
• Work with test pipelines  (create, govern, maintain)
• Producing and maintaining Automated test cases. (We are not investing more in manual testing)
• Development of in-depth knowledge of the process and software being used 
• Hands-on backend automation
• Hands on CI pipelines 
• Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing work environment 
• Coding Experience must
•  Software security knowledge 

Qualifications

Lead Software Engineer QA

• A University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications, in software engineering, computer science, or IT operations or equivalent experience   
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in QA
