Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to guide and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions that align with our clients' goals. This role involves a combination of hands-on development, team leadership, and project coordination. As the Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks, and ensuring the team remains on track to meet project deadlines. You’ll actively contribute to development efforts while supporting and mentoring team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and constructive feedback. You will also oversee project timelines, maintain detailed documentation, and enforce adherence to development best practices throughout the software lifecycle.

• Lead and actively contribute to software development projects.
  
  
• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
  
  
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  
  
• Maintain clean, well-documented code and use version control (Git).
  
  
• Plan and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  
  
• Provide technical mentorship and support to the development team.
  

Requirements

• MQF Level 6 or higher certification in Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  
  
• Strong experience with Python/Django and CSS (required).
  
  
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript.
  
  
• Familiarity with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS (a plus).
  
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
