Job Brief:

We are urgently looking for a talented and passionate developer with hands on experience in Java Spring Boot and PHP/ MVC based frameworks i.e. CodeIgniter/Laravel. Candidates should be hardworking, dedicated and self-motivated with the ability to learn and grow as we provide a friendly and challenging work environment for candidates to put in their best efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems to meet business needs and future growth.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain server-side logic, ensuring seamless data interchange between the server and users.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of central databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend systems to support smooth user experiences.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate UI elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless functionality. A working understanding of frontend technologies is essential.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Uphold high coding standards by reviewing team members' code and ensuring adherence to best practices, including test-driven development (TDD), design patterns, and documentation.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to maintain system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and workflows for enhanced team productivity and system quality.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and frameworks, advocating for and implementing relevant improvements.
• Set clear goals, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure the team delivers on project timelines with high quality.

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Sciences.
• 8+ years of experience in backend development. 
• Hands-on multiple Backend Technologies.
• Experience in mobility services or similar domains is a plus.
• Minimum 4-5 years proven leadership experience. 
• Good to have an experience of working in a mobility service. 
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies, database, transaction management, micro services architecture, production engineering. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
