RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead and build new product lines in healthcare using reinforcement learning and LLMs.
- Extend and maintain existing web apps for clinical users and patients.
- Integrate with third-party APIs, including national EMR systems and e-prescribing services.
- Iterate on proprietary algorithms to enhance patient care using graph traversal and ML.
- Architect and deploy scalable ETL pipelines with clean data tokenization.
- Contribute to deployment of deep learning training infrastructure.
- Work directly with customers to understand pain points and rapidly deliver solutions.
- Ship mission-critical features that directly save lives within the first few weeks.
- Participate in hiring and scaling a high-performance engineering team.
- Lead and own projects autonomously within a flat structure of elite engineers.
