Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Lead Developer to oversee and mentor a small team of junior developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce platforms and a strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, AWS Cloud, and both relational and NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of scalable e-commerce solutions.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of 2-3 junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
