Duties and Responsibilities | • Leads the SalesOne App Enterprise Mobile Application enabling Sales and Business management process Optimization for B2B and B2C categories of business of Baja FinServ covering across 20+ Line of businesses. • To monitor and drive adoption and usage of the SalesOne Mobile App by the Sales and Business management team of the LOB • To engage and work closely with the Business, Product team, front line Sales team to track and monitor the usage and efficacies of the app • To monitor and publish the usage performance across businesses • To manage and ensure the 100% uptime and smooth functioning of the application in coordination with the tech development team. • To manage the stakeholder relationship and project delivery management • To be well versed with Project management – defining project milestone & drive development teams to ensure delivery on time • Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners. • Identify the business impact of the project and drive for delivery • New capability conventionalization and drive it till development & business integration • Leverage new technologies and build relevant Business use Case. • Close engagement with Business Stakeholders and Ensure the Business objective delivery by the channel • Manage New capabilities development lifecycle on Mobile Application from conceptualization to development with Business Use Case integration |
Required Qualifications and Experience | • Should have 7-9 years of overall experience in Digital Initiatives / Digital transformation IT enabled applications related projects. • Should be well versed with technology enabled capability development / deployment / integration. • Project Management and stakeholder management is must • Knowledge about Microsoft Azzure Dev Ops will be an added advantage • Should be able to deliver on Tight timelines and Demonstrate success & achievement orientation. • Should have understanding of Loan Business life cycle / process. • Excellent communication & Relationship skills is must. • Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. • Should be Self starter and active contributor towards new technology enabled solution planning & devlopments. |
