How you will make a difference
XTIVIA is looking for a Lead Solutions Architect / Software Developer to join our partner’s dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborating with both internal and external technology teams, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of our partner's current infrastructure and provide hands-on developing and supporting new modern healthcare business applications. Your expertise will be essential in identifying, prioritizing, and developing critical enhancements to our technology portfolio. Working closely with internal teams and external consulting partners, you will define clear technical requirements for priority business initiatives and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.  


Your responsibilities will encompass problem analysis, solution architecture, minimum viable product design, proof of concept development, technical leadership, software development leadership using Agile Scrum, quality assurance, security analysis, and non-functional requirements. As a thought leader in the industry, you will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in our solutions. You will also play a crucial role in developing prototypes and proof of concepts to evaluate and demonstrate the feasibility of new technologies and solutions.  


What you bring to your new team

In partnership with the internal and external technology teams, you will: 

  • Architect and develop end to end solutions using AWS technologies aligned with the client’s business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership during software development projects, coordinating internal and external resources through the Agile Scrum process.
  • Recommend innovative technologies and processes to solve business problems and improve the efficiency of our cloud solutions and applications
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of technology initiatives, help align IT efforts with business objectives and provide post launch product and application support


How you add even MORE value

  • 15+ years experience as a Software Developer with at least 5 years of Solution Architecture experience
  • Strong software development experience in using: React.js, HTML, CSS3, Rest APIs, Python
  • Solutions experience with AWS Technologies: api gateway, aurora, cloudfront, cognito, ec2, eks, fargate, route 53, simple email service (ses), simple queue service (sqs), amplify, codebuild, codecommit, codepipeline, fargate, glue crawler, glue, key management service, lambda, quicksight, redshift, s3, sagemaker, transit gateway, web application firewall (waf), cloudtrail, dynamodb, ebs backup, elastic container registry, elastic load balancing, kubernetes master, step functions, transfer family, transit gateway
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects using agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience with Identity Access Management Frameworks used in Web Portals and experience with UX Development
  • Experience with source code management and application deployment.
  • Current understanding of best practices regarding data and system security
  • Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST and NIST CSF preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Salary Considerations

Anticipated annual base pay range: $150,000 – $175,000.

Compensation includes base pay (range shown) and could include other variable compensation opportunities depending on job seniority, location, and date of hire.
