Our client is a SaaS company revolutionizing the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry through their innovative virtual marketplace platform. They are seeking a Tech Lead / Team Lead to spearhead technological innovation and oversee the development and scalability of their platform.

Location: Miami, FL (Miami Lakes area)
Work Type: Hybrid / In-office

The role involves leading a high-performing dev team while collaborating with stakeholders to align product development with business goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with expertise in Laravel, Vue.js, AWS, and a background in integrating AI/ML into scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentor the engineering team.
• Design, implement, and maintain a scalable and secure platform infrastructure.
• Collaborate on product roadmaps and align technical strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FinTech regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Integrate AI/ML for automation and predictive modeling.

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with AWS, JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js), and PHP (Laravel).
• Expertise in microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud management.
• Familiarity with FinTech standards and UX/UI principles (Figma is a plus).
• Background in CRE or FinTech industries is preferred.
