Mendo🎯 Your Role & Impact
As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop full-stack features for Mendo’s core web application—a highly embeddable AI-powered tool.
🔹 Tech Stack:
Front-end: Typescript & React
Back-end: Node.js
Infrastructure: Kubernetes
You’ll work closely with a small team of 1-3 developers, ensuring high-quality code while bringing your experience to help us continuously learn, innovate, and strive for technical excellence.
⚡ Your Main Responsibilities
Lead a small team of developers to build full-stack features (React/Node.js)
Reduce technical debt, plan, and execute routine refactoring
Identify and prioritize critical code sections requiring unit & behavioral tests
Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning
Enhance CI/CD processes, ensuring efficiency in development workflows
Evaluate and integrate AI-powered solutions to continuously improve code quality
