Lead Developer Fullstack (F/M/X)
MendoYour primary responsibility will be to lead and develop full-stack features for the Mendo Back-Office and develop desktop components that enable Mendo to follow what the user is doing in real-time. Experience in desktop application is required.
You’ll be working with 1-2 other devs and be responsible for the quality of the code. You are expected to bring experience into our team as we all love learning and helping each other, striving for excellence and cool new tech to try :D
Your main tasks :
Lead a small team of developers to develop full-stack features for Mendo back-office and desktop components
Design and implement continuously better integration and validation systems on Desktop
Improve design of existing solutions
Continuously train junior developers. Implement routine calls to share best practices and spread knowledge.
Identify areas where more CI/CD process or tech are relevant
Select AI solutions to continuously improve code
