Job Summary
We are currently seeking a talented Lead Developer to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining innovative digital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful develop and maintain high-quality digital products.
We are looking for individuals with a diverse skill set and extensive knowledge on both the front-end and back-end components.
Key Responsibilities
- Tenant Setup and Configuration:
- Setting up the Azure AD B2C tenant.
- Configuring OOTB flows with assistance from Technical administrator to manage how users sign up, sign in, and manage their profiles (including password reset and multi-factor authentication).
- User Management:
- Creating, managing, and monitoring external users (customers/consumers) in the B2C directory.
- Ensuring proper permissions are set up for users to access specific resources or applications by reviewing along with technical administrator.
- Policy Configuration:
- CI/CD management for all the customized flows and ensure to protect live environment specific pipelines carefully and maintain it.
- CI/CD management for the user experience (UI) for sign-in and sign-up flows, typically through custom HTML/CSS, or leveraging built-in templates.
- Integrating with Applications:
- Configuring the applications, client secrets maintenance and periodic renewals.
- Configuring API access and ensuring secure token issuance for applications that need to interact with the B2C directory.
- Security and Compliance:
- Configuring security measures like conditional access, multi-factor authentication, and account lockout policies to protect user data and improve security in the tenant level.
- Monitoring the security of the identity platform, including reviewing logs, auditing, and managing security alerts.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitoring the health of the B2C tenant, such as tracking user sign-ins, failures, and issues with authentication.
- Generating and reviewing reports on usage, sign-ins, and access patterns to ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Integration with Identity Providers:
- Configuring external identity providers like Facebook, Google, or local accounts to allow users to authenticate through these methods.
- Managing the federation setup to ensure smooth identity synchronization and login flows.
- Troubleshooting:
- Identifying and extracting necessary logs that helps to resolve issues related to authentication, authorization, or access to applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business IT, Business Economics or other IT relevant fields.
- At least 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Software Development and CIAM
- Well proficient implementation and maintaining in said project management software
- Experience in Azure AD B2C, configuration, and user management
