As a Technical Product Owner, you’ll contribute to the design and development of a scalable, mission-critical system that bridges networks with business applications. What you will do:
- Lead Business Use Case (BUC) Implementation
- Own the end-to-end delivery of BUCs, from initial study to market-ready solutions
- Break down BUCs into EPICs and user stories, ensuring they are testable, shippable, and aligned with business goals
- Define functional and non-functional requirements, and document all technical decisions for traceability
- Drive Technical and Strategic Alignment
- Translate Feature Plan requirements into detailed BUC Studies
- Ensure EPICs are appropriately estimated and completed
- Create and prioritize a backlog of user stories
- Lead Development and Quality Assurance
- Act as the technical leader for an Agile team working on BUCs
- Conduct an impact analysis during the study phase of new requirements
- Review Functional Test Specifications, non-functional test plans, and automation strategies
- Perform code reviews and ensure architectural adherence
- Own Communication and Delivery
- Demonstrate completed EPICs and BUCs to stakeholders
- Approve product documentation and ensure alignment with customer expectations
- Hold final authority on code commits within your scope
The skills you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in software development or technical product ownership
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex technical initiatives
- Strong background in Java and microservices architecture
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, REST APIs, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Spinnaker)
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, and guide the team through uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, agile mindset
